Unlike other fudge-makers, our version of Licquorice fudge is not the addition of black food colouring and a dash of licquorice flavouring. Nope. In respect to the dutch connoisseurs, we use real (nice and salty) “Zoute Drop” to create the authentic taste of our Licquorice Fudge.
