When describing our fudge, we don’t really like to use the word “flavours”, because we don’t just use a flavourant or essence to create the taste of each fudge variety… only the real ingredient will do. Our fudge is made from the finest ingredients … from the crushed Bourbon vanilla bean found in the Vanilla-bean fudge to the dried cranberry and ground almond nuts found in the Cranberry & Almond fudge; not to mention the freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest that go into our deliciously smooth and refreshing Lemon fudge.

Please note: our fudge is a fresh, gourmet product, and best enjoyed when consumed straight away.  However it has a shelf-life of 4-5 weeks.
